About the Course:

This course is designed to help you gain the product and transaction knowledge needed to guide buyer-clients through the processes involved in purchasing, constructing, and customizing a new home.

You will learn how to interact with new-home builders and sales representatives while protecting your clients’ interests and developing productive, mutually beneficial business relationships. The course will also provide practical knowledge to help you guide clients through the various stages of new-home construction and help them understand the unique characteristics, considerations, and potential advantages and disadvantages of purchasing a newly constructed home.

This course will help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to effectively represent buyer-clients in the new-home construction market.


Learning Objectives:

After completing this course, participants will be able to:

• Develop productive, mutually beneficial relationships with builders.
• Guide clients through the process and stages of building a home.
• Explain the characteristics of new construction homes and support clients as they evaluate the pros and cons of purchasing one.
