Completion of the GRI 100, 200, and 300 series (seven 2-day modules) will equip you with one of the industry's most respected professional designations - Graduate REALTOR® Institute.
The GRI 200 Series: "Essential Real Estate Techniques" provides you the opportunity to enhance your skills with the "Sales from the Ground Up" approach and consists of the following 2-day modules:

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. The attendee must attend the GRI modules in their entirety and may not miss more that 75 minutes of classroom instruction time in each of these 2-day modules. Time is not cumulative- it is strictly enforced for each 2-day module. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time.
2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
3. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

Completion of the GRI-200 Series (4 days) provides 30-hour Broker Post-Licensing (BPL) credits or 16 hours of CE Specialty Credit. To receive course credit, continuous attendance is mandatory for all GRI modules. GRI modules may be taken in any order and all seven 2-day modules must be completed within 5 years to receive the GRI designation. A 50-question exam at the end of each 2-day module will be administered and requires a 75% passing grade to receive applicable Post-licensing and GRI credit; passing grade not required for continuing education credit
