The Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE®) Course regularly sells for $499. Through a Strategic Alliance Agreement with the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, ORRA members can take this course for just $99.*

After completing the course, you'll have the option to become a CDPE Member and earn the CDPE Designation, unlocking member benefits such as:

• Use of the CDPE logo and initials in your advertising
• Access to an extensive library of forms, checklists, and disclosures
