The International home investment market is a billion dollar industry, and many of these buyers have used the Feng Shui philosophy before, and would like to hire an agent who has this knowledge. Many home sellers appreciate having an agent who can give them more help in preparing a home for sale. This class gives an agent a practical, but inexpensive, method for staging the inside and outside of a home to bring about less stressful and quicker sale for the homeowner. 

Feng Shui is thousands of years old, but has shown, when used properly, can show a home's best qualities. Currently, Feng Shui over the last 30 years has been upgraded to include modern conveniences. It is no longer just an "out there" philosophy. These new items are mentioned. Several scientific studies are given to support how Feng Shui influences us positively. Tips on how to communicate this information to a client are given throughout. Using these particular items can greatly help to alleviate stress and frustration and make the selling process more straight forward and less painful for the home seller. 


ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 9:45 a.m. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time. 
2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. 
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
