This workshop is recommended for anyone teaching at their local association, providing in-house training for their company, or teaching CE curricula for Florida Realtors®.

About the Program
-Two-day, 16-hour experience

-Every participant delivers at least three critiqued presentations
-Includes an overnight homework assignment

You will learn how to:
-Present and facilitate with professionalism
-Use stories, case studies, and activities for impact
-Effectively use (and avoid overusing) PowerPoint and visual aids
-Increase student learning and retention
-Make learning fun and engaging

The Path to Faculty Membership
Completing LCIW not only strengthens your teaching skills but also positions you to apply for the Florida Realtors® Faculty Program. Attending this course gets you one step closer to approval as a Florida Realtors® Faculty Member. Once approved, all classes are booked through Local Associations and taught using Florida Realtors® copyrighted materials.
