Completely redesigned for 2019, the ORRA Leadership Institute is an innovative program that will help you strengthen your skills and gain the confidence you need to pursue a leadership role with the REALTOR association.
The program focused on key leadership and association management skills, including leadership and governance; staff and volunteer relationships; meeting management; conflict resolution; duties of directors; strategic planning; communicating effectively; strategic decision making; governance principles; risk management; and more
By participating in the Leadership Institute, you can expand your network, grow your business, and contribute to the success of your profession and the community.
Note: Completion of the Leadership Institute is required if you plan to run for an ORRA Director.

9:00 am ORRA Board of Directors Meeting
Participants who attend all three days, as well as complete the prerequisite and project, will be presented with a certificate of completion at the ORRA REALTOR Expo on October 15, 2019.
