About the Course:
In today’s fast-paced real estate industry, understanding brokerage relationships goes beyond meeting regulatory requirements—it is an essential part of providing knowledgeable, compliant, and client-focused service.
This course explores the practical application of Florida’s brokerage relationship laws, including Chapter 475.278, through real-world scenarios that REALTORS® may encounter in their daily practice. Participants will examine the different types of brokerage relationships, the duties associated with each, and strategies for protecting both their clients and their real estate business.
Whether new to the industry or an experienced professional, participants will strengthen their understanding of brokerage relationships, improve their compliance knowledge, and gain practical strategies for navigating Florida’s brokerage relationship requirements with confidence.
