Upon the completion of this course, students will be equipped with the skills to improve their real estate sales approach. They will grasp the distinction between traditional sales techniques and Question-Based Selling, allowing them to preemptively address concerns rather than react to objections. By learning the art of asking Situation, Problem, Implication, and Result questions, they will navigate real estate transactions with confidence. Through collaborative discussions and real-world experiences, participants will craft personalized questions for application in their deals. Furthermore, they will learn to identify consumer decision phases, discern implicit and explicit needs, and shift their focus toward value rather than price. With insights on question-based selling, agents will increase customer satisfaction and a have an edge in the real estate industry.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time.
2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 10 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate time to connect and troubleshoot your equipment. No exceptions.
3. All students MUST stay connect for the whole duration of the class to receive CE credit.
4. You must use either a laptop, desktop, or app that requires email login. You may NOT dial or call in. Attendance is recorded by each person’s unique email address. That means two people cannot share one email address.
