This program provides education on the needs of Florida's military personnel and explores special financing options to make the purchase, sale, and renovation of property as efficient for the military client as possible.

Earn the Florida Military Specialist Certification by:
• Attending the 4-hour FMS course
• Attending the 7-hour NAR Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification Course
• Sending the FMS Petition to Graduate form to Florida REALTORS® with a $10 issuance fee and your FMS and MRP completion certificates
ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required
2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 20 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions.
3. All students MUST sign-in and out to receive CE credit.
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.
