From the moment you go on a listing appointment to the writing of a sales contract for a customer, the entire transaction can be managed with Form Simplicity.
After taking this class you will be able to:
• Sign into the blank forms’ library.
• Create a transaction.
• Use auto fill tools for any static field.
• Import data.
• Insert forms.
• Share data with customers.
• Use the digital signature feature to seal the deal.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 2:10 pm. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time.
2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign in and sign out attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class.
4. Electronic notetaking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks
