About the Course:
No matter how much you prepare, practice, and rehearse, one thing is certain: when you first try something new, you may experience failures. You have to tell yourself, “I am going to make it, no matter what it takes. I will become a ‘Listing Specialist’!”
This course provides practical listing techniques to help REALTORS® list more properties and list more easily. By following the suggestions presented in this course, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to become a more effective “Listing Specialist.”

ORRA Virtual Professional Development Course Policies
ORRA Camera-On Policy — Required for Credit
ORRA requires all participants in a virtual class, including auditors, to have their cameras on at all times, ensuring they are visible and fully engaged. Noncompliance with ORRA’s camera-on policy will result in removal from the class and forfeiture of credit.
