No matter your entry point into the real estate industry, over time you will need to find a specialty area that you will commit to and then focus on developing yourself as a specialist in that niche. Until you do that, your prospects of closing deals in a certain market will always suffer compared to someone who focuses on making deals in that market and in that market alone. But a greater part of developing yourself in a specialty area is improving your professionalism along the way. That’s what we’ll be discussing in this course.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required.
2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 20 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions.
3. All students MUST sign-in and out to receive CE credit.
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.
