The Florida Military Expert (Experienced)

A Hyper-Local Approach, there is a lot more than meets the eye when one considers Florida’s Military Community and that is where this course comes into play. I have been working with Florida’s Military Community for the past 30+ years in one form or another. And I am going to share with you the insight and knowledge to also become a Florida Military Expert and to close more military real estate deals.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required
2. CE credit will not be awarded to attendees who miss more than 15 minutes of instructional time for each 3CE class. Attendees cannot miss more than 20 minutes of instructional time for each 4CE class. Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions.
3. All students MUST sign-in and sign-out to receive CE credit.
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
