About the Course:
As REALTORS®, your commitment goes beyond transactions—it is about upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and trust. This course provides an opportunity to strengthen your understanding of ethical business practices and the responsibilities REALTORS® have to clients, customers, the public, and other real estate professionals.
Participants will explore how the REALTOR® Code of Ethics applies to everyday real estate practices and learn how ethical decision-making can help protect consumers, strengthen professional relationships, and promote confidence in the real estate industry.
Learning Objectives:
After taking this class, participants will be able to:
• Understand the importance of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and its role in professional real estate practice.
• Apply ethical principles when working with clients, customers, colleagues, and the public.
• Recognize unethical practices that may harm consumers or discredit the real estate profession.
• Identify ethical responsibilities related to discrimination, fraud, misappropriation, and other forms of misconduct.
• Understand how REALTORS® can promote fairness, professionalism, and trust throughout real estate transactions.
• Recognize the importance of maintaining high ethical standards and serving as a knowledgeable and trusted real estate professional.
