It’s safe to say social media is here to stay—and it should be an integral part of every Realtor®’s business. Yet many agents spend countless hours posting content without generating measurable new business, while others aren’t sure where to start.
In this class, you’ll learn the true purpose of social media: building trust, strengthening relationships, and creating consistent engagement with your audience—while staying compliant with FREC rules and regulations and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. We’ll cover how to identify your ideal audience, where to find them, and how to create content that speaks to their interests and concerns through valuable, relevant information.
You’ll also explore best practices for protecting client and customer information, improving risk management, and reducing your exposure to common online threats—so you can market confidently, professionally, and safely.
