This course gives REALTORS® — new and experienced — a pictorial overview of today's most common loan types, including Fixed Rate, Adjustable Rate, Balloon Loans, and the 2-1 Buy-Down, and how each performs over its term. Students will learn to calculate ARM rate changes, craft a "Smart Offer," and confidently guide buyers and sellers through their financing options. Enroll and know your loans!
