About the Course:
The NEO Monthly New Construction Training is exclusively for ORRA members accessing NEO through their association member benefit. This live training session will walk participants through how to activate their free NEO benefits and maximize the tools available to them.
NEO provides access to Florida’s largest showcase of pre- and under-construction projects, along with tools designed to help REALTORS® work more efficiently and better serve their clients.
During this session, participants will learn how to:
• Activate and maximize their free NEO member benefit.
• Install the NEO new-construction listing database directly on their website.
• Request a free, personalized NEO landing page with their branding and direct lead routing.
• Use advanced search tools, interactive maps, and project insights to identify and evaluate new-construction opportunities.
• Use NEO tools to better serve buyers and expand their new-construction business.
By the end of the session, participants will understand how to activate their benefits, set up their available tools, and begin using NEO to build their new-construction business.
