Land Navigation: Intro to Vacant Land Sales, Investments, & Income Opportunities - Advanced

Have you ever had a customer come to you with either an interest in purchasing or selling vacant land? When this occurred, did you know what to do? Understanding how to help these customers can be a challenge, especially if you don't know some basics about land and its various usages. By the end of this course, you will have a better understanding of land deals, their various usages and how to assist future land customers with their vacant land needs.

Attendance Policy:
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required.
2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 15 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions.
3. All students MUST sign-in and out with ORRA staff to receive CE credit.
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.
