In this life, Randy has been an attorney nearly 50 years. He has worked one way or anotherwith the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) as a prosecutor, advisor, board member, and more. Working with Florida REALTORS he has served as the FRECCommissioner and chair of FREC. So, most of his adult life been with real estatelicensees, and he offers no comment on how that has faired.
