In this class we will discuss the various types of real estate investment that exist from speculative, or opportunity flipping to buy and hold and look at the different risks associated with them and how to mitigate that risk for our customers. We will look at the risks of investing and discuss the best ways to mitigate that risk for our investors. We will even take real properties and learn to do an analysis for our customer (or ourselves) to see how good a deal a property really is. In addition, we will look at real estate as compared to other investment types to give agents the ability to fully explain the benefits of our product to their customers and earn their business.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time.
2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 20 minutes of instructional time.
3. All students MUST remain logged in at all times to receive CE credit.
