Please note this class will take place at the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to class start time. Please note that anyone entering ORRA's campus is required to wear a mask at all times. Class seating will be socially distant and social distancing guidelines must be honored at all times. If you are feeling unwell, please do not come to class and call us to cancel your registration.  

Set yourself apart from the competition! The GRI program is designed to enhance your knowledge of real estate marketing. Completion of the GRI 100, 200, and 300 series (seven 2-day modules) will earn you one of the industry's most respected professional designations - Graduate REALTOR® Institute.

GRI 301: Appraising/ Exchanging 
Monday and Tuesday, June 13-14; 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

GRI 302: Broker Management/ Land, Environment, & Private Property Rights/International Real Estate/ Residential Construction 
Thursday and Friday, June 16-17; 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Instructors include:  Kim Bell, Christel Silver, Steven David,  Zola Szerencses, and Patricia Sherman. 


1. The attendee must attend the GRI modules in their entirety and may not miss more that 75 minutes of classroom instruction time in each of these 2-day modules. Time is not cumulative- it is strictly enforced for each 2-day module. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time.
2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
3. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

Completion of the 2-day modules, 301 and 302, will provide 8 hours "specialty" CE credit hours. To receive course credit, continuous attendance is mandatory for all GRI modules. GRI modules may be taken in any order and all seven 2-day modules must be completed within 5 years to receive the GRI designation. A 50-question exam at the end of each 2-day module will be administered and requires a 75% passing grade to receive applicable Post-licensing and GRI credit; passing grade not required for continuing education credit.
