**This class will be held virtually via Zoom. Registrants will receive their Zoom link the day before and an 30 minutes before class start time. (You must register to receive the link)**

This "hands-on" class offers members the opportunity to explore ways to enhance their income through MLSAdvantage. MLSAdvantage facilitates the sharing of available MLS listings among participating boards and members across the state of Florida. With just one search, members can conveniently locate all listings that align with their search criteria from various MLS boards. Moreover, property listing details can be automatically imported from MLSAdvantage into contracts using Form Simplicity. This valuable search tool is exclusively accessible to members of subscribing associations and MLSs, providing them with a competitive advantage in the real estate market.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time.
2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 15 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate time to connect and troubleshoot your equipment. No exceptions.
3. All students MUST stay connect for the whole duration of the class to receive CE credit.
4. You must use either a laptop, desktop, or app that requires email login. You may NOT dial or call in. Attendance is recorded by each person’s unique email address. That means two people cannot share one email address.
