Upon successfully concluding this course, participants will acquire a set of skills essential for effective negotiation practices. This course will equip you with the expertise to cultivate value and facilitate problem-solving. Understand the dynamics of value creation and perception within a service-oriented context. Implement the concepts of contextualization and framing to enhance customer decision-making processes. Through the incorporation of the seven foundational elements of the Harvard Negotiations Model, you will refine your negotiation approach for optimal outcomes. Gain the ability to identify key success factors in negotiation scenarios and distinguish potential pitfalls that can lead to negotiation failures.

1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required
2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 10 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions.
3. All students MUST sign-in and sign-out to receive CE credit.
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.
