About the Course:
New Estate Only (NEO) is Florida’s largest showcase of pre- and under-construction projects, providing real estate professionals with valuable new construction information and tools.
This monthly training session is exclusively for ORRA members accessing NEO through their association’s member benefit. During this live session, participants will learn how to fully activate their free NEO member benefit and take advantage of the tools included with their account.
The training will walk participants through how to:
• Install the largest new-construction listing database directly on their website.
• Request a free dedicated landing page customized with their brand, association access, and direct lead routing.
• Use NEO’s advanced search, interactive maps, and project insights to serve buyers more efficiently and stay ahead of the market.
• Promote and sell new construction, even if they have not previously focused on new-build properties.
• Activate their benefits, set up their available tools, and begin using NEO to identify opportunities and better serve buyers.
