Your body won't let you jam with us? No need to worry, this class is suitable for ALL fitness levels so come and get your cardio on with Tarcia Smith in her Extreme Hip Hop class. Space is limited so sign up now!

Please Note: You will need to provide your own step board. Please make sure it is at least 42.5 inches long (no need for risers). Class will begin promptly at 6:00 pm. There will be a 15-minute grace period after the start of the class, please arrive on time so that you can enjoy every minute of this fun filled class.
