Most Realtors® understand how important goals are—defining them, pursuing them, and ideally surpassing them. However, many people think about their goals in a vague way, without a strategic approach to what they truly mean or how to achieve them. Without tactical goals, Realtors® are often driven by circumstances and events rather than proactively creating conditions that help them reach their targets. This course aims to help Realtors® truly understand what a goal is—how it is defined and what it signifies. It will then guide students in setting realistic yet ambitious goals. Finally, it will prepare and motivate them to structure their day around their goals, enabling them to prioritize effectively and work more efficiently.

After taking this class, students will be able to:
  • List the key elements of a goal.
  • Determine statistical information regarding their sales price and the percentage of buyers versus sellers
  • Know where their leads come from that result in closed transactions
  • Calculate their average commission earned
  • Differentiate between their goal gross income and their goal net income
  • Specify which activities they should do and how often in order to achieve their goals
  • Know what their time is worth at the income level they want to earn.
