This class will offer both the "sizzle" and the "steak" and will share important life skills in a humorous, memorable class! Our bodies provide signs that give away our thoughts, just a like a poker player with a "tell" that they are bluffing.  We don't even realize we are communicating these signals and we have no control over them!
