Body Talk: Understanding Body Language for Sales & Safety
When:
May 3, 2018 from 01:30:00 PM to 04:30:00 PM (ET)
Body Talk: Understanding Body Language for Sales & Safety
ORRA Member Pricing: $10
Instructor: Andy Tolbert
"Safety" in the real estate industry isn't always a hot topic. It will never receive the same excited response as, "How to Make a Million Dollars in Your Pajamas Without Getting Out of Bed!", and yet those dollars are worthless when tragedy strikes.
This class will offer both the "sizzle" and the "steak" and will share important life skills in a humorous, memorable class! If you want to learn to "read" the signs of your buyer or seller during a sales transaction, or know how to discern if a customer is ready to sign, or know when you've crossed a "line" from which you need to back-pedal then this class is for you!
Our bodies provide signs that give away our thoughts, just a like a poker player with a "tell" that they are bluffing. We don't even realize we are communicating these signals and we have no control over them!
This course is for you if you want to learn:
•what body language messages YOU are sending
•to read the dynamics of a buyer
•how to "read" your customer to see if they are ready to buy
•the power of the handshake (all eight of them)
•to recognize and follow your "gut" feeling
•the 22 different categories of "pre-attack indicators"
