About the Speakers
Nathan Greene is regional director of advocacy and public policy of Florida REALTORS® and works on behalf of the state association alongside local associations in northeast Florida on both statewide and local advocacy as well as fundraising activities for Florida REALTORS® PAC.
Randy Schwartz is former general counsel of Florida REALTORS® and has worked as a prosecutor and legal adviser to the FREC. He is currently in private practice, where he represents individuals and entities before FREC and FREAB. He also represents several REALTOR® associations.
Marcia Tabak is deputy general counsel for Florida REALTORS®. Prior to joining the creation of the legal services division of Florida REALTORS®, she was an associate attorney with an insurance defense firm. She also served as in-house counsel for a developer.
