Do you want polish your skills of completing a contract from the first word to the last signature? 

A signed contract is more than just an official document; it as an influential instrument to aid in closings!  In this course, you will explore the rationale behind why consumers occasionally back out of deals. If you have ever experienced a hesitant customer, this class will teach how to successfully bring these hesitant customers back to the table toward a successful close!


ATTENDANCE POLICY 
1. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
2. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. 
3. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.  

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
