3. Set up the correct expectations for a home inspection with buyers and sellers
4. Reduce potential liabilities associated with a real estate transaction
5. Learn how to select and recommend vendors
6. Understand some of the common concerns found during a home inspection
7. Grasp the nuances of a Wind Mitigation and 4 Point Inspection
8. Identify when Mold Inspection is indicated
9. Understand what Termite Inspection is
10. Learn about other auxiliary services and how to choose the appropriate ones
11. Prepare for a pre-listing inspection (seller side)
12. Choose the right inspection company. Improve negotiations and communication skills involved with the home inspection experience.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required
2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 20 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions.
3. All students MUST sign-in and out to receive CE credit.
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
