The role of technology & customer service are very similar, meeting a need by being quicker, faster & more efficient, but yet the 2 often don’t go together in the real estate world. This course will teach you how to use very cost efficient (sometimes free) technology tools, devices, software, apps and more to get that WOW factor and take your customer service to that next level, increase your closing & re-hire rates and more.
What you'll learn:
• Understand how to use technology tools to replicate manual process to make you more efficient in your daily duties.
• Identify the technology tools, devices, software, apps and more that will help solve your personal business challenges
• Understand the increasing role of cloud computing and how it is changing the business landscape of customer service.
