• Do you provide the skill set and competency that buyer's want from a REALTOR?
• What are the most important factors for a buyer or seller when choosing a REALTOR?
• The Language of Listings will provide statistical data on what today's consumers expects, the body language cues you are providing as well as those provided by the consumer.
• In addition, you will lean how to create advertisements that are ADA as well as Fair Housing compliant and learn ways to distinguish the consumer as a suspect or prospect.
