To Disclose or Not: have you ever questioned what needs to be dis-closed, by whom and when? In "To Disclose or Not", we dive into the disclosure requirements of Johnson v. Davis and how it affects all sellers of residential properties, along with understanding the best way for those disclosures to take place along with how to protect our-selves in the process.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. 
2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 10 minutes of instructional time. 
3. Students must remain logged on at all times. No exceptions.


CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
Cancellations not received at least two (2) days prior to class start time will result in forfeiture of the registration fee. Cancellations can be made through ORRA’s Professional Development Department at 407.513.7268 or email at education@orlandorealtors.org.
