ORRA members and non-members, proceed to register at these prices ORRA Member: $75; Non - ORRA Member: $90

This core class offers an introductory overview of the international real estate environment, including capital flow, currencies, government regulations and cultures. Topics such as international brokerage, networking, marketing and selling will also be discussed. This course must precede any other CIPS courses.   


ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. Designation credit will not be awarded if login is not complete by 9:00 a.m. No exceptions. 
2. Note that state and global members of NAR have different requirements to finalize their CIPS Designation. It is the responsibility of the attendee to follow through with these requirements. An email will be sent after completion of the course with your directives to finalize your designation.  
3. NAR requires an attendee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. You must be logged into the webinar for the duration of class for your attendance to be tracked. 

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
A fee of 50% will be assessed for cancellations received within 5 days of course date and no refund for No Shows.
