Your Home Loan Tool Kit: Webinar

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has issued a 26 page booklet entitled “Your Home Loan Tool Kit.” Understanding this tool kit is essential for REALTORS® to fully comprehend the impact of the TILA-RESPA guidelines.

This 3 hour course will show you how to use the tool kit to make appropriate calculations, become more productive and professional with regard to TILA-RESPA and enable you to speak with authority to clients regarding the nuances of the new disclosure and closing process.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if login is not complete by 9:15 am. No exceptions.
2. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. You must be logged into the webinar for the duration of class for your attendance to be tracked. 

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
