Join us for this 8 CE Credit course that will set a definitive road map guiding you, the Realtor®, to recognize and develop the practices that are common to a professional “deal closer”. This dynamic module is a continuation of a module offered earlier in the year, however, the first module is not required to attend this course. This module will unveil secrets to help you become the best closer that you can be in the real estate industry! This class will be maximized by providing a "working lunch".

To receive the ACE certification, attendance at both modules is required, however, the 8 CE in the individual module completes the full requirement for 8 hours of specialty for license renewal! Make the most of your time by taking advantage of this great educational opportunity!
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 9:10 a.m. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time.
2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class.
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.
