As an education requirement for all new subscribers within their first 60 days of joining Stellar MLS, MLS Basic provides the essential instructions of how to use Matrix, the MLS system, and should be taken after completing the course, Starting Out Stellar.

MLS Basic topics include:
  • An Introduction to Matrix, the MLS system
  • Basic Searching
  • Matrix Map Features
  • Viewing Listing Information
  • Working with Search Results
  • Auto Emails
  • OneHome Customer Portal
  • Matrix Notifications
  • Adding & Managing Contacts

Please be sure to complete the required course of Starting Out Stellar before attending MLS Basic. Starting Out Stellar includes an introduction to the MLS system, Matrix, along with basic navigation and how to set up agent branding. Completing Starting Out Stellar before taking MLS Basic will help ensure that you can maximize your time during instructor-led training!

Please be advised that it may take up to 2 business days for your attendance to be fully processed in all Stellar MLS systems.

Please allow ample time to complete the MLS Required Classes within your first 60 days of joining Stellar MLS. Upon successful completion of this class, please be advised that it may take up to 2 business days for your attendance to be fully processed.  Once complete, you will then receive an email confirming that the course has been processed. There is no need to contact Stellar MLS in the meantime as your attendance is automatically processed.

If your access has been suspended for not completing MLS education requirements, it will be automatically reactivated within 24 hours once attendance processing is complete and applicable reinstatement fees paid.
