This class prepares agents to work with investors. It gives them the essential knowledge they need to be an asset to their customers. We teach agents the language of investment and introduce them to the math skills to back it up. This nuts-and-bolts program provides insight into the investment side of the business. You’ll learn how to work with investors more often or even invest yourself. This class is dedicated to teaching agents the skills to analyze investment property, how to know work with debt, and the key to presenting it to their investor customers in a way that makes you stand out as a pro. You will learn the skills to speak with confidence to investors and at the same time become a true real estate investment specialist.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time.
2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 20 minutes of instructional time.
3. All students MUST remain logged in at all times to receive CE credit.
