This course is designed for Realtors® who would like to understand the duties of a Transaction Broker, and will explore those duties as they are related to the inspection process. Major takeaways of this course include discussion of the Seller obligations/repairs according to the FR/Bar contract, understanding the "gray areas" of repair, examining the differences between "Working Condition" and "Cosmetic Conditions" as they relate to repairs, stating the inspection/time frame for a Buyer to have a general inspection, and will summarize the process in the contract that addresses Wood Destroying Organisms and the inspection thereof.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 9:15 a.m. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time. 
2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. 
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
