About the Course:

A key purpose of the MLS is to provide a framework for data integrity. To support this goal, it is critical that participants share accurate data and enter listings in a manner that maintains the cooperative nature of the MLS.

For MLS purposes, cooperation is defined as the obligation to share information on listed property and to make property available to other brokers for showing to prospective purchasers and tenants when it is in the best interests of the client(s).

MLS Compliance is required for all new subscribers and must be completed within their first 60 days after joining Stellar MLS. This course reviews the MLS Rules & Regulations and key compliance requirements to help ensure that all users have access to accurate, complete, and reliable MLS data.

Important Attendance Requirement:

All instructor-led Stellar MLS required education courses have a minimum time requirement that must be met. To receive credit for this class, attendees cannot miss more than fifteen (15) minutes total between the scheduled start and end times of the course. Attendees who do not meet the minimum attendance requirement will need to return to Stellar MLS University and register for another session that is convenient for their schedule.


Course Completion and Attendance Processing:

Please allow ample time to complete required Stellar MLS educational courses. Upon successful completion of this class, attendance may take up to two (2) business days to be fully processed. Once attendance processing is complete, you will receive an email confirming that the course has been processed. There is no need to contact Stellar MLS during this processing period, as attendance is automatically processed.

If your access has been suspended for failure to complete MLS education requirements, it will be automatically reactivated within 24 hours once attendance processing is complete and any applicable reinstatement fees have been paid.
