At this time, and until further notice, under direction of ORRA Leadership, and to promote the safety and health of ORRA members, all of ORRA’s classes and meetings – including continuing education (CE) courses – have been cancelled.

Preparing a Listing Contract

Listing contracts are most certainly an important part of a REALTORS® day to day activities. This course is perfect for outlining the various types of listing agreements and the duties of each, identifying the protected classes under the Fair Housing Act, and understanding details about fees. You will also learn how to best answer seller's questions regarding their proceeds and expenses. 

This class is not a line-by-line review of the listing contracts.


ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 12:50 p.m. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time. 
2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. 
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
