This course is a quick start program for completion of the CRSP Contract. This is one of the two official contracts offered by Florida Realtors®. You will gain an understanding of how to prepare the contract which will allow you to take the theoretical and apply it to the practical. By completing the contract and addendums as you progress through the course, you will become more comfortable and confident when writing your next offer.


ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if login is not complete by 9:20 a.m. No exceptions. 
2. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. You must be logged into the webinar for the duration of class for your attendance to be tracked.
