Join us to learn the pro and cons of Conventional Lending!

Grant will go in depth on fixed rate financing including 15, 20 and 30 year options and IP Total Interest Percentage. Adjustable Rate Mortgages are still popular and this course will teach you what you need to know. Grant will also cover recent Fraud Cases and Predatory lending and how you, as a professional, can avoid it. Students will gain an in-depth understanding of how to explain payments, taxes and insurance to their customers. Plus, you'll learn how to utilize housing statistics to establish credibility with your customers.


ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 8:50 a.m. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time. 
2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. 
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
