**This is an Elective Course for the ABR NAR Designation**

This course will help you gain the product and transactional knowledge you need to help buyer-clients through this niche of the home buying process.

After completion of this course, you will be able to:
  • Develop productive. mutually beneficial relationships with builders
  • Guide clients through the process and stages of building a home
  • Explain the characteristics of new construction homes, and support clients as they evaluate the pros and cons of purchasing one

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required
2. All students MUST sign-in and out with ORRA staff.
3. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
A refund for 50% of the course registration fee will be issued for cancellations received within 5 days of the course date. No refund will be issed for no shows.
