Preparing a Listing Contract

Please note this class will take place at the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to class start time. Please note that anyone entering ORRA's campus is required to wear a mask at all times. Class seating will be socially distant and social distancing guidelines must be honored at all times. Listing contracts are most certainly an important part of Realtors® day to day activities. This course is perfect for outlining the various types of listing agreements and the duties of each, identifying the protected classes under the Fair Housing Act, and understanding details about fees. Realtors® will also learn how to best answer seller’s questions regarding their proceeds and expenses.

What you will gain:
• Explain the basics of a listing contract.
• Understand which fees the seller may or may not be expected to pay on a seller’s net proceeds estimate.
• Prepare a seller’s net proceeds estimate.
• List other forms and disclosures necessary when listing property for sale.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 9:20 a.m. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time.

2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.

3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class.

4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
