This course is designed for realtors who want to sharpen their foundational knowledge and ensure they’re up-to-date with essential practices. Whether you're new to the industry or a seasoned professional, this quick reference manual provides you with a comprehensive overview of key concepts, best practices, and important regulations. Through interactive sessions and practical examples, you'll revisit the basics that are crucial for success in the real estate business, helping you navigate transactions with confidence and efficiency.
At the end of this course the student will be able to:
Explain basic activities in a real estate transaction
List the education requirements for License renewal.
Identify the articles of the Code of Ethics.
Describe the 7 Federal protective classes of the Fair Housing Act.
Identify safety steps when showing properties.
Attendance Policy:
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required.
2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than
10
minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions.
3. All students MUST sign-in and out with ORRA staff to receive CE credit.
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.
