Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) NAR Certification

The Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification is for REALTORS® who want to hone the skills that will allow them to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties.

• Member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®

Application

• After your course provider(s) have submitted proof of your successful completion of the courses, an invitation will be sent to you via email to complete an on-line application form(link is external).

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. In order to be eligible for the certification, attendees must attend the course in its entirety. Physical presence is required, please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions.
2. All students MUST sign-in and out to receive CE credit.
3. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.
