ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 15 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions.
2. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. You must be present for the entire duration of the class for your attendance to be tracked.
- On
the day of the Class, when you log in, your name will automatically appear
as a participant. Please ensure that your displayed name matches exactly
as it appears on your Florida Real Estate License. Our staff will
cross-reference your registration and complete your check-in accordingly.
- An
attendee report will be generated at the end of the class to confirm your
digital, time-stamped arrival and departure from the session.
- Preparation: To avoid distractions, please
close any other applications that may be running in the background.
- Camera Requirement: Your camera must remain on
throughout the entire instructional period. Participation with your camera
turned off is not permitted, and auditing the class with your camera off
is also not allowed. Additionally, if your camera is on, you must be
visibly engaged in the class at all times. Failure to comply with these
requirements will result in removal from the class.
- Punctuality:
We recommend logging in at least ten minutes early to allow ample time for
check-in and to ensure the class begins promptly.
- Course Evaluation:
Following the class, you will receive an email with a link to complete a
course evaluation.
- Zoom Invite: Approximately 45-60 minutes
before the start of the Webinar, you will receive an email with a Zoom
invitation to join the class. If you do not receive this link, please
check your SPAM or JUNK folders. If it is not there, contact our
Professional Development team at 407-513-7268, and one of our team members
will promptly resend the link to you.
- CE Credit:
Please note that, in accordance with FREC requirements, CE credit will not
be awarded to late arrivals, if applicable.
