In this two hour course you will learn how this critical approach to value translates to reliable valuation results. The Sales Comparison Approach is the cornerstone to valuation within an open and free real estate market. Learning how comparables are selected, where adjustments come from and why a proper summary of the data will assist the attendees of this course in gaining a deeper understanding of how appraisers develop a residential real estate appraisal.
